ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Natasha Sideris is the dynamic CEO and Founder of Tashas Group, an international hospitality company. She opened the first tashas restaurant in South Africa in 2005. Twenty years later, the group boasts a growing portfolio of 13 successful restaurant, bar and retail concepts in over 41 locations across South Africa, the UAE as well as locations in London, Riyadh, and Bahrain. 

She draws inspiration from her love of travel and hospitality and her lifelong passion for art and design. She has authored two other books, tashas Café Classics (2015) and tashas Inspired (2019).

ABOUT THE CUSTODIAN OF GALAXY BAR

Krystian Hordejuk is the Beverage Director of Tashas Group and the custodian of Galaxy Bar. A passionate cocktail aficionado with a keen eye for detail, he ensures consistency and quality among the group’s extensive beverage offerings and brings all his creativity and expertise to the ongoing curation of innovative new bar programs and drinks menus.

He lives by the principle that the essence of elegance lies in simplicity. He has authored a cigar lover’s guide titled, The Cigar Diary (2020).
