We celebrated Paloma Night on 22nd May, 2023 with a special evening hosted by agave evanglist, Laurent Frangie. Our iconic starry ceiling shone a whole new colour with beautiful hanging red ribbons that added grandeur to the occasion. Classic Palomitas were served through the night as an ode to the refreshing Mexican cocktail with guests swaying to the free-spirited sounds of Tulum.
'A Night at Atlas Bar' guest shift took place at Galaxy Bar on Monday, March 20th, featuring Lidiyanah K, head bartender of ATLAS. Her exceptional drink-making skills, charming personality, and quick wit made her a perfect addition to accompany Coralie Doillet and the team behind the bar.
ATLAS is located in Singapore and is considered one of the best bars in Asia, having been ranked number 23 on Asia's 50 Best Bars list. .
On Saturday 18th March, Galaxy Bar’s sophisticated night out was elevated with the highly acclaimed Greek DJ Tourist ATH. DJ Tourist ATH is a master of electronic music whose unique sound is influenced by nature and his travels to other countries. Combining these elements with electronic music, he creates a captivating sound that has earned him a place among the most renowned artists in the electronic music scene.
He has shared the stage with top names in the industry, such as AME, Black Coffee, Stephan Bodzin, Fideles, Echonomist, Agents Of Time, DJ Tennis, Brina Knauss, and many more. The event started with a warm-up DJ set by resident DJ Gregorio, and Tourist ATH took over from 1 am onwards.
The Stars collided at Galaxy Bar on Tuesday, 28th February 2023, as we celebrated the captivating essence of Greece with the presence of Pavlos Chondros, the 2019 winner of the METAXA 12 Star Competition. Pavlos delighted guests with his masterfully crafted Improved Manhattan cocktail, while the Galaxy Bar team joined forces to honor two additional competition winners, Oleg Chuchno (2021 winner) and Tom Hay (2019 winner).
This remarkable evening also presented their winning cocktails, the Pear Aeneid and Nepheli (meaning "cloud" in Greek), offering an exclusive experience that immersed all attendees in the exquisite world of METAXA creations.
On Wednesday, 14 December, Galaxy Bar hosted Matteo Caddedu, a renowned mixologist of South East Asia and the Bar Manager of Opium Bar. Opium Bar is located in a historic hood of Chinatown in Bangkok, and the venue is an old Opium House from the early 1900s. The unique story behind the venue inspired the Opium concept and provoked surreal sensation and emotion for anyone that steps into the bar.
‘Celestial Surreality’ combines Matteo’s vision of ‘liquid surreality’ and Galaxy Bar's celestial magic. An eventful evening where guests enjoyed the unique creations of Matteo under the stars.
We curated a special event on 23rd November 2023 - a tribute to the number of levitating crystalline pearls in a bottle of champagne. '49 Million Stars' was an eventful evening beneath Galaxy Bar's glistening canopy of stars.

Marking the occasion, our iconic starry ceiling was complemented by a unique installation for one night only where guests immersed themselves in the galaxy while enjoying some amazing drinks from 6 different bartenders.
We celebrated World Paloma Day on Sunday, 22nd May, with no less than Athen’s institution and Paloma authority, Barro Negro. To mark the celebration, Stelios and Ionna, the talented team from Barro Negro showcased three exclusive takes on the Mexican signature cocktail at Galaxy Bar which will be dressed for this special occasion.
Another memorable night under the stars as the Galaxy Bar team transported our guests to New Orleans! The evening was held to honour the world's premier cocktail industry event held by @tales_of_the_cocktail in the jazz capital of the world.
Guests enjoyed some of our favourite hand-crafted cocktails, indulged in a delectable selection of Louisiana-inspired canapés, while the sounds of smooth jazz music filled the air.
Hosted at the futuristic Insider bar in Moscow, Krystian Hordejuk and Stefano Gambardella collaborated with Danil Nevsky (Top 100 Most Influential People in the Hospitality Industry; Barcelona, Spain). Guests enjoyed cocktail creations from outstanding, internationally-recognised bartenders, had the opportunity to interact with them, and experience their mixology magic in the making.
We revealed our new Signature Cocktail menu under the stars at Galaxy Bar. Our team has spent months curating and creating 12 new signature cocktails. Each one is skillfully balanced, using time-honoured flavours, flawless execution, dazzling presentation, and creative innovation in equal measure.
A unique dinner experience inspired by the iconic Rémy Martin 1738 Royal Accord Cognac. Guests were welcomed with a classic Side Car, followed by a curated dinner menu. The evening was finished with a Montecristo Línea 1935 Dumas cigar and a Rémy Martin cognac tasting.
This Masterclass was specially designed to equip guests with impressive drinks pairing and mixing skills.
A masterclass from wine expert, Douglas Blyde was followed with a cocktail class from distinguished guest bartenders of London’s world-renowned Connaught Bar, New South Wales’ Maybe Sammy, and our own master mixologist, Krystian Hordejuk.
Launched in 2020, this series of exclusive events held at Galaxy Bar brings renowned bartenders from all over the world in the world to Dubai. While we have had to pause the program, it will be starting again soon.
On August 30, 2021, Galaxy Bar brought the taste of Cyprus to the heart of DIFC with an exclusive guest shift. Dinos Constantinides and Diamantis Argyrou represented Lost + Found Drinkery for the exclusive ‘Get Lost Under the Stars’ evening.

We had the pleasure of hosting Giacomo Giannotti, owner of Barcelona’s famous and most fabulous, Paradiso bar, ranked No.19 by The World’s 50 Best Bars 2020. Giacomo served his signature cocktails, as well as his take on a Metaxa-based cocktail, available exclusively on this night.
The legendary Vasilis Kyritsis, voted one of the Top 100 most influential people in the industry, launched our 12 Stars series. Kyritsis is co-owner of The Clumsies, Athens’ most renowned bar, ranked No. 6 by The World’s 50 Best Bars 2019 and No. 3 in 2020.
